The Harvard was in service with the Malayan Auxiliary Air Force (MAAF) in the 1950's operating in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Many early RMAF pilots were products of the Harvard, like Wg Cdr (Ret'd) Jaswant Singh and our first Malaysian Chief, Dato Sulaiman Sujak. The Harvard in the Museum, was acquired from Fred W. Patterson III -- a vintage aircraft collector -- in exchange for a CL 41G Tebuan.
