Events
Since its formation the Museum has been the centre of several national events. This has helped in creating awareness among the Malaysian youths in particular and the public in general concerning the world of professional and recreational aviation.
The following is a list of some of the events held in the past, and planned for the future:
- Karnival Besamamu; 1-2 Sept 2001 (Dataran Merdeka)
- Rakan Muda Quest; 14 July 2001 (Terminal Building, RMAF Base)
- Air Carnival 2000; 22-23 July 2000 replaced by Fun-Fly 2000
- R/C Scale Model Competition; 30-31 January, 1999
- R/C Fun-Fly; 24 August 1997
- Langkawi Fly-In; 4-8 August 1997
- Great Malaysia Air Rally; 28 July 1997
