For those of us who were involved in the early years of the Air Force, we would remember the flights into the jungle forts for supply drops and casualy evacuations. In the early 1950's before the formation of the RMAF in June 1958, it was the RAF that did the flying. These newsletters however, also recount the exploits of our security forces in those days of fighting the "penjahat" (communist terrorists).
