COLLECTION/DISPLAY:

The Memorial is dedicated to the Malaysian Civil Service. There are four sections, namely:

• Early Government Administration -- prior to the coming of the British
• British Malaya Administration -- British colonial role in Malaya, Sabah and Sarawak
• Administration After Independence -- Changes adopted and adapted after Aug 31, 1957
• Reforms and Development in Public Services -- Introduction of new work culture, punch clocks, TQM, electronic govt etc.
